The website is for the showspace The Bell Foundry, which is a Baltimore, Maryland DIY show space located on Federal and Calvert st.. The index page is of the street view of the space from which you can enter into the space by clicking on the front door. The music that plays on each page is from a local artist and the one on the index page is Dawntreader, "I take my toaster to the bathtub".
Once you've entered the space by clicking on the front door, the website will redirect you to an interactive panorama view of the main room in the show space. From this page you can explore the space by clicking on hidden hyperlinks through-out the room. The door in the middle of the room will take you to the next room in the space. The hyperlinks embedded into the walls of the space will take you to youtube where you can view real footage of past shows in that exact space you clicked. The song in this room is a live jam session from the band Boatwater.
After you've explored all the hyperlinks of past shows and have clicked on the door leading the the next room, you will come to the hallway/ dinner room in the space. The song played on this page is "GreenMouth" by the band Wake Up on Fire. Here you have a link to the left of a youtube video of silliness that occurs during shows. Through the door at the end of the space you can click and be redirected to the spaces Printshop's website, which you can explore all the creative projects that the space is doing, including flyers and shirts for bands! Finally to the very top right of this page you can click a hyperlink which will take you to the kitchen.
In the kitchen you will see the bathroom (for future reference) and can click onto the calendar to take you to the Facebook page for Bell Foundry where you can view photo's and future events. The song being played on this page is by the band "hop along". And finally above the stove there is a hyperlink in the window, which will take you out of the space and back to the index page.
The design of the webpage is geared towards the experience of going to a show-space, of having to make yourself familiar with the in's and out's and finding your own way of navigating through. This is why i chose not to include text with signs and directions because in a show space, you have no guide. Hopefully the class enjoyed the website and will COME TO SHOWS.
